Publication ethics Editorial board duties They constantly work to ensure the high quality of the articles. The manuscripts submitted to the journal are merely evaluated based on their intellectual contents. The nationality of the authors, religion, gender, ethnic origin and their political orientation are not considered for the evaluation of manuscripts. The editorial board members are not allowed to disclose any information in the manuscript to unauthorized persons. This does not include the reviewers, editorial advisors, potential reviewers and the corresponding author. The unpublished information in a submitted manuscript should not be used by the members of the editorial board without written consent of the author. Reviewer’s duties - The peer review process assists the Editor-in-Chief to make the decision whether a manuscript should be accepted or rejected. - All manuscripts submitted to this journal should be considered as secret documents. They must not be presented to unauthorized persons. - Should any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under review and other published papers come into reviewers attentions, it must be referred to the Editor-in-Chief. - If a reviewer feels unqualified to evaluate a manuscript or knows that his/her prompt evaluation will not be possible, they should notify the editor and excuse him/her from the review process. - Reviews should be given objectively. The views should be supported by arguments. Personal criticisms are not allowed. - Reviewers should inform the corresponding author of any other relevant previously published work that has not been cited by the authors. Author’s duties - Authors are expected to present original works, considering the journal guidelines for preparing a manuscript. If the author guidelines are not considered the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author. The presented work should be accurate, containing the objective discussion of their discoveries. - The manuscript should contain sufficient detail of their experimental work to enable others to duplicate it. - Manuscripts considered for review by this journal should not be/have been submitted to other journals. - The work and/or words of others should be appropriately cited in the manuscript. - All those who have contributed in the certain parts of the research project or the preparation of the manuscript should be listed as co-authors or appropriately acknowledged. - When an author discovers a major error or inaccuracy in their work, they are obliged to promptly refer it to the Editor-in-Chief to retract or emend the paper. |
